Jessica Nguyen is the founder and director of Luminary Law Group, a law firm that understands its clients and can offer plain English legal advice.  She is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who works both in house and private practice.  Jessica's professional journey allowed her to gain experience across various legal landscapes, from boutique law firms to global law firms to several multi-national corporations.  This diverse background has equipped her with a commercial edge that allows her to effectively serve clients of all sizes and industries, no matter how big or small.

She is passionate about collaborating with clients to provide strategic commercial advice and practical legal solutions.  She believes in nurturing genuine relationships with clients to ascertain the unique demands of their needs in order to create the best outcomes. 

Jessica’s in-house experience gives her a client perspective on issues such as compliance and risk management and enables her to bring a pragmatic and business focused approach to legal problem solving. She understands how legal assistance best connects with a client’s business, and appreciates the importance of developing a detailed understanding of client businesses, and the industries in which they operate. 

Beyond the legal world, Jessica is an avid explorer of Melbourne’s vibrant food and culture scene whether that be sampling the cuisine of the newest cafes and restaurants, or checking out the latest exhibitions at art galleries and museums.
